Joseph’s work explores the relationship between how human beings organise experience and what they are then able to create. The question is not merely what to do next, but who is making the decision and what world that decision makes available.

For leaders, this is not abstract. It appears in the moments where an old answer no longer works, where a role becomes a constraint, or where the cost of another familiar choice becomes too great to ignore.
